La' Riot Gayest Photo Contest

Enter our Gayest Photo Contest to have your images posted on La' Riot .  

In efforts to find great photographers with an interest in LGBT issues and lifestyles, I am launching a new competition, open to anyone with a camera. Been to a PRIDE rally lately, or hitting the scene in the hottest gay clubs in town? Do you know a great lesbian or gay couple wishing to share their story? I'm urging all photographers to grab up their cameras and capture the beauty of the LGBT community. 

How To Enter

1. All LGBT photos must be sent to Facebook through the La' Riot Fan Page or Personally. Participants must be a fan of La' Riot on Facebook.

2. Include your name and age in the caption of each contest. No other information please.

3. Once you have uploaded and submitted your photo(s) send me a paragraph containing information about you and the photo(s) that you included. Paragraphs can be sent through Facebook private messages or through my email at K1rbst0mp88@Gmail.Com

4. All entries must be submitted by 5 pm EST on November 30th.

5. Voting will continue until December 14th and Winners will be announced December 15th.

6. Winners will be chosen by the amount of "Likes" each photo recieves. There will be 1 First Place Winner, 1 Second Place Winner and up to 5 Runners Up.

Prizes

1st Place

• Publication and continued use of images on the La' Riot blog and affiliated websites.
• A review of your work and your own blog entry. This will include a paragraph about the motivation behind the winning photo and the subject of the photo. You will be asked to send me some information once you have won, if you choose to.
• A 100x100 ad for your professional website or blog to be placed on the La' Riot blog sidebar.
• Links to your site will be added on the La' Riot blog, Facebook Fan Page and Twitter.
• You can also receive a review for use on your site.

2nd Place

• Publication of your photo(s) in your own blog entry on the La' Riot blog.
• A link on the Facebook Fan Page to your personal website or blog.

Runners Up

• Runners up will be announced on the La' Riot Facebook Fan Page.

Rules

All entries become the property of La' Riot and will be used with credit to the photographers. Images will be used on the La' Riot blog and other affiliated websites. Images that have been edited with an editing program will be accepted. All entries must be your original work. We will not accept copyrighted material.
