4 Great Yoga Moves - Yoga and Me
I've always loved Yoga. I took a class in college and before I had my son I would attend free yoga sessions. Since having a child, I don't get the time to go to a special class. I practice yoga simply, a few times a week. If I start to feel stiff, I get in the floor in front of the TV and do some of the stretches I learned in previous classes. It's simple, informal and comfortable for me. I get all the benefits of yoga, without leaving the house or thinking about how society wants me to attend classes. *YAY - Society*
